For July, we are stepping into something warm, golden, ancient, and absolutely dripping in incense smoke, sacred oils, perfume, ritual beauty, offerings, sun-warmed stone, and the wonderfully dramatic human urge to turn scent and smoke into meaning.

This box is inspired by the ancient relationship between fragrance, ritual, devotion, adornment, and the divine. Think temple halls filled with curling incense, little vessels of oil and perfume left as offerings, gold jewelry catching the light, stories passed down and argued over for thousands of years, and the idea that scent has always been more than just something pretty. It has been prayer, power, memory, luxury, protection, seduction, ceremony, and sacred technology.

As always, each Just Add Magic box is curated around the month’s theme and may include a mix of Blackwater-made ritual goods, fragrance items, home or body goods, printed materials, magical tools, creative extras, and other strange little treasures depending on where the theme takes us.

Boxes are typically ready between the 3rd and 4th week of the month.
