Vendor Fee for Folk Fest Weekend

Vendor Fee for Folk Fest Weekend - Sept 20th-22nd. 

By purchasing this Vendor Fee, you are agreeing to you agree to follow all BWA's policies and accept the vendor fee of $150.00. You agree to set up inside Blackwater Apothecary with one 6ft table per vendor fee paid.  Vendor fee is non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. 

Event Dates:

• Friday, September 20th, 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM

• Saturday, September 21st, 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM

• Sunday, September 22nd, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Setup and Parking Instructions:

1. Unload and Setup: If you need to park close to our building to unload, you can do so on Monday, September 16th or Tuesday, September 17th between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM or Wednesday Sept 18th 11-5pm. The road will be closing at 6pm.  Please plan to unload during these times.
   If you are unable to unload during these times or if you are okay with carrying items from the parking garage, you are able to park in the parking garage after Wednesday Sept 18th.

2. Road Closure: The road will be shut down starting Wednesday, September 18th at 6:00 PM. Alternative Parking: If you need to park after the road closure, you can use the nearby parking garage and carry your items to our shop. Please plan accordingly.

Setup Deadline: All setups must be completed by Friday, September 20th at 5:00 PM.


We have a restroom and small refrigerator you are welcome to use!  We will also have volunteers and staff to help you throughout the Festival.  Thanks for helping us to make this the best MD Folk Fest yet!
