Bright and sweet orange flavor. Cleaner, deeper orange color than #143 Spanish orange peel. About 0.25 inch (approx 5mm) cut pieces, seed-free.  Almost exclusively California orange peel; though may occasionally be blended with small amounts of Florida peel. Sourced from non-GMO Navel oranges.
